The Together We Can Conference, known as TWC, is a truly unique, statewide event designed to empower youth and young adults with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who support them. This one-of-a-kind conference brings together hundreds of families and professionals for a day of connection, learning, and collaboration. There are keynotes, breakout sessions, networking sessions, an exhibit fair, and on-site childcare. We hope you join us. Together We Can!
Costs are FREE to families + self-advocates + only $30 for professionals. Cost includes lunch + all print materials. Childcare is $30/per child, with financial assistance available. Please register in advance at the conference webpage to be guaranteed entry, materials and lunch. CEU's also available. Walk-in's welcome to capacity, materials and lunch not guaranteed.
